Simple Playdough Face Activity

Whenever playdough is involved , my little one enjoys the activity so much !

This activity didn't require any materials , a small roll of playdough is more than enough .

All kids love a soft moldy texture of the dough and there are so many activities you can try out with kids that include one.

I'll go more in detail on how you can make this simple dough learning activity work for preschoolers

Lets start with how to introduce playdough to a preschooler ?

You can try this simple method such as this one !

Kids love imitating their mommies and daddies . So while your child has a playdough handy. Make sure you have one too.

Now lets begin -

First , we begin by rolling the dough with both the hands and sing a song , " Roll Roll Roll Roll "

After rolling , its time to flatten the dough. This is tough. So, you may have to help your kid .

Now, keep the dough aside for a minute . Before we make a face on the playdough , children should be aware of all the facial features that we are planning to make on the dough .

Lets do a small exercise , " Touch your eyes - 2 eyes , a nose - 1 nose and 1 mouth " Practice this twice or thrice . Let your kid imitate you . This is a fun exercise and kids love it .
